Hello all,
Can anyone please shed some light on a recurring problem I’ve got with my IPhone 6s+ running iOS 12.1.
Every time I’m listening to a voicemail via the visual voicemail function, the message will run for about 30 to 60 seconds before the phone sort of reboots. I say “sort of” because all I see is a blank screen, a whirling circle and then it goes back to the lock screen asking for either Touch ID or my passcode. It definitely doesn’t fully reboot to an apple logo.
After this happens, I can play the original voicemail in its entirety, with no further shutdown. If I play another (unopened) voicemail, he cycle repeats...
This happens every time, always after approximately the same delay, and it’s damn annoying!
Can anyone please help?
Best
Bertie
