Visual voicemail not working at all

i update carrier file .. to try and enable MMS .. i had VV until i tried to Restore and i restored from a backup and now all the sudden its not working and says cannot connect to VV call ATT.. i called they didnt know anything.. and i also changed the voicemail to acds.voicemail and restarted iphone and still didnt work.. any ideas ??

I would restore phone and not do the Restore from backup option just do a clean install
 
Please... why did this need a new thread? This has been asked and answered 10+ times across 10+ other threads on this forum and others. Seriously?
