OK, so I finally purchased a new iPhone 16GB yesterday from our local AT&T store. I've been trying to setup my Visual Voicemail since last night, everytime I enter a new password, record my greeting. Hit Save, and that's when it all goes South. Takes a long time and then I get a "Voicemail error, please try again later". I've even reset my voicemail password online and tried using the new password etc. Now, the only thing I can think off, is that I was first issued with a phone number that within an hour of activation I received 8 debt collection calls for a Walter (not me) and so the AT&T store gave me a new number that afternoon. That said, my online account reflects my new number. Browsing in the Apple forums and also here shows that it appears to be localized to me. Any thoughts?
