My T-Mobile visual voicemail is not working. I reset network settings.

That doesn't answer the OPs question. They can use whatever voicemail they want to, and so can you.

Limited to what exactly? playing back a voicemail? Darn those voicemail systems that play back your voicemail! 🙄

I'm having this issue with my Sprint 5S as well. Did a hard reset but no dice. Also did ##update# and nothing.
