Already, many unlucky souls have updated to iOS 5.1, not knowing the jailbreak situation. There should be a tweak that adds the new lockscreen drag-to-camera feature to prevent thousands more permanently unjailbreakable devices.

No. I'm saying there should be one to add the DRAG to camera feature, added in 5.1, not 5.0. This would be to add on to the 5.0 lock camera, not add it to iOS 4.
