I run bike swim and lift regularly. Currently training for a marathon. So I was really excited with the updates For training load and vitals… but it appears vitals data is limited to overnight sleep tracking, not normal day-to-day activities and workouts. I downloaded the beta for my watch series 9 and 14 Pro Max yesterday, and went on a 9 mile run this morning. When I look at vitals on the watch, it says I have to turn on sleep tracking. well I don’t sleep track with my watch, that’s when I charge it.
Anyone got other experience or info on this? I know it’s early.
