Vitals?

I keep reading about the Vitals app for the watch, yet I can't locate it anywhere on my watch (OS 11). Any ideas on how to get/locate it?

I don't have a Health app on my watch, but I do in my iPhone app. I don't see Vitals anywhere, to be honest.

11.0 should have it.

If you’re having trouble finding Vitals, could it be that you have no vitals and you just aren’t aware of it? Perhaps there’s a line in the Terns and Conditions “Vitals does not appear for undead organisms.”
