Resolved VLC crashing - Won't play anything!

Hey Gang.

VLC version 3.0.11 on OSx 10.12.6 is won't play anything.
Music, Video files Nada-Zippo! Launches ok but then when I play it's all spinning ball of death!
Tried to down grade to previous 3.0.10 still nothing.

Reset everything, un-installed using AppCleaner.
Any ideas???

OMG!!! itunes had crashed and so wouldn't let VLC play anything?!
Oh Well solved after only 2 hours! eeesh!
