Apps VLC for Apple TV released today?

I saw an update on my iPhone that mentions an app for Apple TV.

Yet I do not see it in the Apple TV 4 Gen App Store yet (I tired a search on the store).

Any body else see this update?

Yes, saw the same. It should come. It's also the last day of the year for the Appstore staff.

It appears VLC mentioned the Apple TV on the app store in error. The app is not ready yet for Apple TV.

There is also something funny with this version. Had to remove and reinstall, otherwise the Appstore app kept seeing an available update.

I haven't noticed anything strange about the app itself, but the store text doesn't mention the tvOS app, but the updated app text (App Store > updates) still does.

Additionally, the tvOS app was submitted for review, I think it was yesterday. That was the only update they pushed recently, so I think maybe it's being reviewed right now by the app police.
