VLC from Version tracker not downloading

Am trying to download VLC from Version Tracker (Mac OSX 10.2 8)
Nothing happens, am I missing something? Like do I need to pay?????

yes. but a page comes up saying downloading, but its not.

I had a similar problem downloading the latest version (0.8.2 I believe) from versiontracker. Either I tried another browser (besides Safari) or I got it off MacUpdate, can't remember which.

Some of the servers are unbearably slow. It may just seem like they're not downloading. Maybe try different sources. 🙂
