W Woodbags macrumors newbie Sep 22, 2011 #27 I went from VMWare 3 running Windows 7 Ultimate from a bootcamp partition to VMWare 4 running Windows 7 Home Premium as a VM. Both on Lion. I have been pleasantly surprised with the improved speed and integration with OS X. (Obviously this isn't all down to VMW3-->4 but worth mentioning that there have been zero issues and running in Unity mode is awesome for my needs)
