I noticed no sudden obvious difference between 8.x and 8.5. Visual Pinball still doesn't run properly in Windows XP (using ancient DirectX 8) with or without DirectX on. It's kind of sad, really. But then I'm not running Windows 10 on it nor have I updated to Sierra (don't need or want Siri; nothing else new in Sierra; it's a horrible waste of time).

Several people have reported crashes with VMware Fusion 8.5 - it seems to be related to running in Unity mode. See the VMware Fusion community forums for more info.

I don't use Unity, so that probably explains why I didn't notice any issues.

What would you like to know? I have Windows 10, Windows XP and OS X El Capitan in VM's on my MBP.

I was interested in any general problems. I was also wondering if the USB behavior of attached devices has improved. Basically in 8.1 any USB device needs to be manually reattached after waking my Windows 7 VM.
