VMWare ESXi is now free, which is great news !! The wounder that i'm having at the moment is that you have to use the VMWare Infrastructure Client to manage the server. I hate having to fire up my PC laptop just to manage it so i was wondering if anybody had spotted an OSX version of the infrastructure client anywhere out in the wild ?

No. A Mac version is unlikely.

Why would you need a Windows laptop to run it? It runs great in Win2K in VMware Fusion on my MacBook Pro.

I think what he means is to have a native client like vmware vsphere client for the mac.

I too have the same problem. I either have a little netbook that runs vmware vsphere client or I have to use bootcamp to switch to windows side to use vsphere.
