VMWare Fusion and VirtualBox on the system?

Hi,

is anyone running both VMWare Fusion (V5) and VirtualBox on a Mac?
Are there any negative effects?

I have a valid license for VMWare Fusion and would like to continue to use it - but it looks like for vagrant, VirtualBox is better (and doesn't cost me 79 USD for a plugin that works almost as good as the free version...).
