N nhexima macrumors member Sep 22, 2008 #2 Also curious about this. Seems like this should be disabled when you turn off the option in Sharing preferences, but it doesn't... EDIT: Eventually found the solution. http://communities.vmware.com/message/1055159#1055159 Key thing was deleting the Applications folder from inside the VM package.
