Anyone else having this issue while trying to open or install an existing Virtual Machine in Snow Leopard using VMWare Fusion?

What version of Fusion are you running? 2.0.5 has experimental 10.6 host support. Also, are you using the 32- or 64-bit kernel? If you don't know, then you're most likely on 32.
