VMWare Fusion won't start

I am with OS X 10.9.5 with installed VMWare fusion 6.0.5. Today VMware didn't
start. When i start windows xp, a window with the following text appeared:
" Unable to to retrieve kernel symbols. Failed to initialize monitor device. Internal error"
I tried to bring VMWare with time machine from an older day, but the result is the same.
Does anyone had the same problem?
 
It is OK now. I restored it from time machine, after allowing the hidden files. Now it is working.
