VMWare Hard Disk Settings

I increased the size of my Vista hard disk a few times. In VMWare Hard Disk Settings the new size is reflected correctly, but not in Vista File Explorer.

Does anybody know which of the two is a better indicator of my true available disk space?

Would appreciate any tips.

Type compmgmt.msc in the Start Menu search box > Press Enter > Click Disk Management on the left.
