Not at all feasible, unless you have a lot of time to waste.

Not very feasible at all. Do you realize how incredibly slow that would be? It's not just a virtual machine you'd need, it's a totally different CPU architecture. It's no different from running Windows on your iPhone.

How feasible is this?

Not feasible for Virtualization which is what VMware Fusion and Parallels provide.

Could someone create an Emulator, like Virtual PC? Sure. But why?
