I tried VmWare fusion trial and I like it so I bought a copy. I downloaded the trial from the internet my question is I want to delete the trial and reinstall a fresh copy from the disc if I use the uninstaller from the disk and reinstall it will it totally erase my Vista copy also?
 
No. The uninstall process will leave any VM you created intact. You should have a VMWare folder in your documents folder. That folder contains any VMs you created and associated files. Be sure not to delete it when you remove the trial version.
