VNC Won't connect.

Need some quick help ASAP.

Running OSXvnc on Tiger, started server running on 192.168.1.100 on display 1.

Running UltraVNC on XP Home, trying to put in 192.168.100:5901 or 192.168.100:1.

OSXvnc shows my host as powermacg4.local, when entered on UltraVNC, ultarvnc rejects the name powermacg4.local saying could not be found.

I have a linksys WRT54G on DMZ to 192.168.1.100, although I shouldn't need to do that for internal IP's I don't think. I tried using my real IP too, but can't connect.
