Just wondered if anyone has used VNSea 0.5. The new version is pretty cool, with rotation and zooming and right clicking...

but what do the buttons on the bottom do?

I have figured out the first (keyboard) and the last four (stretch horizontal and vertical, right click and exit) but what do the others do?

Any hints welcome!

Not sure. I will have a play tonight. It's an amazing app. The potential is huge.

Arisian - the app works great. Have you set up port forwarding on your router?

those are toggles to turn on keyboard modifier keys. So if you wanted to "type" a command-q, you would toggle on the command key icon, then bring up the keyboard and press q.

What I can't figure out is how to move the mouse around without essentially click-dragging (which is annoying because everytime you try to move the mouse it creates a drag selection rectangle.)

I also can't get a double-click, or even a single click to work reliably. Trying to double-tap a file is almost impossible for me...

VNsea is cool though and has huge potential.

OK, so we have got, from left to right:

1. Call up or dismiss keyboard
2 (Up arrow) unknown purpose
3. (4 bladed fan symbol) unknown purpose
4. (ramp symbol) unknown purpose
5. (up arrow) unknown purpose
6. Expand screen horizontal
7. Expand screen vertically
8. Right click on next screen tap
9. Exit

Care to fill in numbers 2-5 inclusive?

Toronto, Ontario
1. Call up or dismiss keyboard
2 (Shift Button) Simulates holding down shift for key shortcuts
3. (Command Button) Simulates holding down command for key shortcuts
4. (Alt/Option Button) Simulates holding down alt/option for key shortcuts
5. (Control Button) Simulates holding down control for key shortcuts
6. Expand screen horizontal
7. Expand screen vertically
8. Right click on next screen tap
9. Quit VNSea

Buttons 2-5 are to do things like Hide a window (So bring up the keyboard, then press the Command button, then H on the keyboard) etc etc
