Maybe Vodafone should concentrate on fixing their crappy 4G network, and improve their horrendous CS before embarking on new projects.
 
I just want them to migrate our business account to the new billing platform so I can get the cellular on my watch activated.
 
Honestly you don’t, I’d say 100% that this is the core of their current CS issues.

Oh! We are advised that all accounts are being migrated anyway it’s just when. I have a monthly call in to them to see where they are with the migration.

As a consumer, it took me 3 weeks and over a dozen calls to get my phone working. And then that screwed up my plan, as somehow it "extended" my contract when it shouldn't have.

I know at my work i used to barely get 3G which is why I switched to EE...who knows if much has changed.

Maybe that's what they are doing? 5G resolves some of the issues that 4G has (specifically - bandwidth)
