Vodafone UK iPhone 5s 7.1 Carrier Update 16.1

Hello,

Does anyone else who uses Vodafone in the UK with an iPhone 5s running 7.1, carrier update 16.1 have this function under Settings>Mobile>Mobile Data Network>LTE Setup (Optional)?

If so, does anyone know what it means, exactly?
