I used my iphone when I lived in the USA using an AT&T sim card. I now live in Ireland and have a Vodaphone cell phone. My iPhone is a G3 version 4.2.1 and firmware 06.15.00 that has been unlocked using iphone Unlocker Pro and restored with my iTunes.
BUT it will not recognize my Vodaphone sim card. Any ideas?

I have no idea what iphone unlocker pro is. But the only software that can unlock your baseband is Ultrasn0w. This can be obtained from Cydia.

1) This is iPad Hack section
2) What is G3 version? You mean iPhone 3G right?
3) What is unlocker pro?
