iPad Voice Announces New Mail Over Headset or Bluetooth

Is there a way to stop the voice that announce who a new email is from whenever new mail arrives? This only happens when I am using my EarPods or music through my cars Bluetooth stereo.

It's getting annoying, thanks. It happens on both of my iPads on 7.0.4.


Edit I think this is because of mail enhancer pro. I am jailbroken on both.
