I thought i read somewhere that you can use voice commands on a Macbook. Can you? If so, what all can you use them for?
 
You can use it to execute commands, launch programs, select menu items and the like, you can't use it to enter text like dragon naturallyspeaking. It doesn't learn, it recognizes specific words for specific actions. Apple has really neglected it, it does work, but I don't think the underlying engine has been updated since OSX was introduced, maybe even since it was introduced in OS 8(?).
