Voice Controls

    Um, for some reason my voice controls won't active. I'm pressing and holding down the home button, am I missing something? I'm not complaining, just confused...

    It's only on the 3GS.

    If you don't have 3GS, you won't get it.

    Voice control will only work on the 3G S...which comes out in 2 days....damn fireshot you beat me

    Oh my bad. I guess I missed that in the keynote. :p

    Well, that sucks. Oh well, I plan on getting the 3G once my contract is up. Since it is up in November.

    why 3GS only?

    what hardware is required for voice control?

    i guess the same question has been asked again and again for MMS regarding its absence from 1st gen iPhone

    New hardware DSP for voice recognition

    From what I've read in the reviews for the 3GS the voice control doesn't sound like a feature I'd use that much anyway.
