Voice dialing in 3.0gm

How do u get voice dialing to work? I love landscape text and a2dp as I'm listening to music on my moto s805's now. Not the nicest audio quality for headphones but I love it.

With an iPhone 3G S, hold down the Home button until it beeps and then say "Call <insert name>" or "Dial <insert number>".
