Voice dictation seems unusually fast on beta 3

Voice dictations is rocket fast right now, don't know what they did, but it's FAST! And very accurate.

Maybe it's on different servers for the beta that are less used, but almost seems like it doesn't even go to a server?

Could it be internal now??

it's not all that internal though, of course it can't be used without an internet connection.
