Voice memos did not transfer to new iphone

Just upgraded to the iPhone 12 today at Best Buy and my voice memos did not transfer to my Apple Watch for some strange reason. Anyone? It’s not that big of a deal but it’s annoying.

Were they included in the Apps that use iCloud list on the old phone?

No idea. But the voice memos did not transfer to my watch. They are on the iPhone 12 however.
