any way to delete all at once all voice memos in mojave?what a pain...the russians are at it again- simple deal- tim cook must have had a whole project team on this deal ...but why?? oh yeah for me to learn...I give up Tim can it be done...easily simply and quickly....!!!

hmm...
open the folder: ~/Library/Application Support/com.apple.voicememos
there's a Recordings folder there.
You can just trash that folder.
That would be a quick 'n dirty way to remove all the recordings at once.

You are probably not sharing your voice memo recordings on iCloud.

now I how do I clear the same voice memos from my phone 6 s plus---same function but not a astute with iphone as imac..thnx again

Looks like clearing voice memos from your iPhone is done one at a time.
I don't see any way to clear all at once.

I'm curious - The Voice memos app naturally saves everything that you record, and should be recordings that you have a use for.
So, why do you now need to try to clear everything at once? Appears that voice memos don't quite work that way.
If you have daily need of recording, remember that the recordings don't go away until you delete them
If you done with voice memos, then you could delete that app from your phone. (just sayin'...)

One more thing, be sure that you don't have iCloud syncing turned on for the voice memos app

never mind figured it out like most mac stuff I make it harder than it is....
