Voice memos to iPhone without creepy iCloud

Any way to get voice recordings from the watch over to the iPhone without uploading them to apples servers first?

Seems it should be able to send via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi or something

I have nothing on their services from what I can see in iCloud

Lots of stuff syncs, but for some reason not the voice recorder files

Isn't this video showing how to transfer voice memo to iPhone using iCloud? OP was asking if there is a way to do it without iCloud.
