Voice Memos - where are the files stored in Catalina?

Am curious to know where Voice memos files are stored?

Does anyone know where the local files are stored? Am assuming they are in the user library somewhere but I could not find the files?

Hell I’m still trying to figure out how to download them from my ipad and convert to mp3 ...

Just as in Mojave, voice memos are stored in Catalina as m4a files on ~/Library/Application Support/com.apple.voicememos/Recordings
