Voicemail Isn't Working

I have an iPhone 4s running IOS 8.1.2. It is originally a Bell phone. I used a Gevey Ultra S to unlock it an it is now with Fido.
I have everything working fine except my MMS and Voicemail. The MMS I can live without, but the lack of voicemail is annoying.

Anyone know how to fix it?

It's an issue caused by the gevey hardware unlock.
You can fix it by dumping the gevey sim adapter and getting it officially unlocked.

Thanks. I just don't want to spend 80$+ on a piece of technology. Just looking to see if there's a way to fix it.

There is no fix for it.
If you use the gevey you will have to live with that issue or spend $80+ on a piece of high technologically advanced electronic communication device.
