Voicemail Issue

Hello All.

So on my iPhone 6+ when I go into voicemail I can pick voicemails and listen to them individually.

On my wife's iPhone 5 she has to call her voicemail? And it asks for a password which she does not know.

Why in the world are our voicemails different? When I had the 5 I had the individual selection available and never had to call.

I believe you set those features when you first prompted to set up your voicemail box. Call your carrier..have them reset the voicemail box..you can start over again.
