Voicemail nonexistent on my phone

Hi,

My phone has not been notifying me or receiving voicemails for about a month now. I just realized today. I managed to check my voicemails by calling from my landline.

Does anyone know what setting I may have tampered with which completely disabled voicemail? Or visual voicemail rather?

is your iphone jailbroken?

if yes, it happened to mine too. haven't really checked into a fix, all i know is if you restore it from new it fixes the problem 😀

Now my entire voicemail is gone and nobody can leave messages because my mailbox isn't set up.

Won't let me set up voicemail either.

Same issue here. People can leave voicemails, but I never get any notification. Calling voicemail manually I can check messages, but that is a total PITA.

Called ATT and "they are aware of the issue" as it seems it has been affecting some people for awhile now. Just started noticing it about 2 weeks ago.
