I am with AT&T and have the 7+

When I miss a call and someone leaves a voicemail the notification either doesn't go off at all or sometimes it goes off 5-10 minutes later.

Is there any way to fix this?

Thanks for your help!

Something is wrong as even if my caller leaves a long message the notification always comes pretty quickly. Maybe call att and have them reset your VVM.

Apple switched out my photo day and I STILL cannot get voicemail notifications. I'm thinking my only option is to switch to Verizon.

AT&T even reset my voicemail. This is crazy.

One person mentioned YouMail and since I left AT&T for StraightTalk I've used a Google Voice number to pick up my ST voicemail. With GV you can use the app for voicemail and notifications and/or have the message and transcription emailed to you.

It shouldn't be that hard.
I'm sure millions of others use voicemail on AT&T without having to change carriers to get voicemail notifications.
Settle down and speak to their clueless customer support reps again.
It might take multiple tries and might have to ask to speak to tier 2 tech support to get it resolved.
