iPhone 11 Pro Voicemail Notifications

Is anybody experiencing issues with voicemail notifications on their 11/pro/pro max?

Mine are not coming through at all and this has persisted from 13 to 13.1.

Are you able to see visual voicemail? Are you using eSIM?

I do not have visual voicemail and am using a standard sim

When my new 11 Pro arrived, visual voicemail was not activated by ATT. I had to call to have them activate it. Same for my wife's new phone. This was the first upgrade where this happened to me, so might be something new.
