I know this is going to sound very hard to believe, but it's more than true. Yesterday, I was at a website and all of a sudden, my mac started talking! It's almost like the text to speech is on, but it's not. I've tried changing the voice, and it is still the same voice. For example, whenever I click on Opera it says "Opera - Window - Mac Forums - Post New Thread - Close Button" and it speaks that to me. There is a black square around the close button. I don't know what else to do, except reformat, because it's annoying, especially whenever I am listening to my iTunes, becuase it describes EVERYTHING on the screen. Can someone please help me?!

Sounds like voiceover is switched on in System Preferences > Universal Access.
