Volume adjustment toast missing

Ever since the 15.4 and now 15.5, the volume adjustment toast stop appearing after either a sleep cycle or external monitor hook up.

Did anyone else have this issue? it's quite problematic for me to keep going up and see how much volume I have adjusted.

If you mean using the volume up/down buttons on the Magic Keyboard, then yes. Mine stopped working (the on-screen pop-up) after 15.4, and a reboot cleared it up. When I went to 15.5, nothing has brought it back.

Yes! that is the one! It's been missing and I have to reboot to fix them. It gets really annoying.
