Hello, I am using 12 pro max. Click sound of volume up key is soft, click sound of volume down key is more distinctive. How is the condition of your device?

Do you think I should return the phone?

Clicks are consistent on my Mini. If it bothers you and you’re down for playing the return lotto, I say go for it.

I would keep it. As long as the buttons work, aren’t loose and not damaged I wouldn’t exchange.

Yea don't return ESPECIALLY if you are happy with screen. (And everything else, but screen most importantly)

there is always a (good) chance you'll get a screen that is worse... or some other major issue like dust in camera or another button not working.

The Return Lotto is real. Small percentage of phones are perfect. Learn to love your phone.

The reason I say to learn to love your phone is that I still have regret after four years of returning a 5s because of a power button rattle to start a FOUR phone return because of either yellow screens and/or visible vertical lines, and I never got a phone the same crisp white screen that I did on that first phone.

that first phone with the button rattle? PERFECT screen. Crisp whites. What made it worse is I had to stare at my wife's PERFECT screen for the next two years and feel miserable every single day.

As long as the button works, learn to love that button as your phone has character
