Volume control "lock"????

Is there any way to "lock" the volume control? When I keep the iPhone in my pocket, the volume button tends to get moved to the lower end therefore I cannot hear when calls come in. Does anyone know if the volume can be locked??

Hell, I wish there was a way for the ringer volume to lock and all the other volumes to be controlled by that side switch. I want the ringer and alarms to be loud and most everything else mid-volume.
