whenever i plug in my head phones my volume goes up, when i take them out the volume goes down to low.. whasts up with this? anyone else got this?
 
Maybe the output volume of the speaker and headphones are different, and it changes it to match that level of the speaker.

Could be?
 
apple says the only way to fix is to restore- and not from backup- and lose all my texts messages.
