Is it easy to replace the volume key on Iphone 3gs? Any videos? Thanks.

it depends....whats the problem with it? is it not working or did it fall off? I havent tried but if it fell off you might be able to put a dab of glue on it and put it back. if you have to replace it then yes its a big job. this is not something that I would suggest you attempt as a dyi repairl

I tried to stick a spare button but was tough. Almost messed up the button functionality. Right now I can still use it with inserting my nails!!! So much for an expensive phone, ha! I have another button but am wondering if I should try to stick it again.

It is possible to glue the chrome part back on with a pin and superglue. Did it once for somebody.

Its quite tricky isn't it?

Yes tricky hence you need the pin to apply glue. But it can be done.
