I'm having an issue on my M1 Macbook with Big Sur 11.5 where every time a new video starts (no matter where: netflix/youtube/disney+ etc) the volume resets to around 30%.
It happens in all browsers and even apps (ie if I play a video file from the computer not just in a browser).
No doubt it's something I've changed accidentally.... any thoughts on how to fix it?
