Volume Problem

Hi!
As per my previous thread about my mac being fixed,I got it back now its been like 4 weeks since but now i have another problem.When I try to raise the volume there are 3 bars increased instead of 1 so it makes it very loud when i try to make my volume higher.Any way to fix this?

Does the "micro" adjust work?: Hold Shift and Option when you change the volume. The on-screen control should increase 1/4 bar at a time, rather than one bar increases.
