Volume Shortcut Key on normal Keyboard?

So I am on a Mac Mini without a Apple Keyboard (Ironically its a Dell USB Keyboard). Now is there anyway I can use the Volume Shortcut keys (F3=Mute, F4=Volume Down, F5=Volume Up)? Can't seem to find a setting anywhere?
