Volume turning town randomly? iPhone x

hey friends,

My iPhone x volume is occasionally adjusting itself to about 60% without me pushing the volume bottom. Is this something that’s happening to anyone else?

Hey there, if it's when you're getting a call or an alarm goes off, Face ID automatically lowers the volume for you if you're looking at the phone.

If it's randomly happening in videos and stuff then I'm not sure 😀
