Does the Apple Watch have a volume setting? If so, where is it?

you can set the volume and the vibration in the apple store app on your iPhone, its a few selections below GENERAL

That's the "Ringer and Alert" volume setting. How about the volume for apps, such as Phone or whatever?

Volume for calls, music, etc, are in the actual apps, when you're using them....
